OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY POLICY

WESTFALIA FRUIT PERÚ S.A.C. is a dynamic and modern company that focuses its activities on crop propagation, agricultural production, raw material collection, processing, packing service and marketing of fresh fruits. To this end, it complies with and is committed to:

1. To provide safe and healthy working conditions for the prevention of injuries and health deterioration related to the work of all employees, third parties, contractors and visitors of Westfalia Fruit Perú S.A.C.

2. Establish, implement and maintain processes for the elimination of hazards and reduction of occupational safety and health risks using the hierarchy of controls: eliminate, replace, engineering controls, administrative controls, personal protective equipment.

3. Comply with relevant legal requirements regarding occupational safety and health, voluntary programs, and other requirements to which the organization subscribes.

4. Ensure that workers and their representatives are consulted and actively participate in all elements of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System.

5. To continuously improve the performance of the organization's Occupational Health and Safety Management System.

6. Integrate and make the Occupational Health and Safety Management System compatible with the other management systems of the organization aimed at establishing objectives for occupational health and safety.
